  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • United States (Mainland only)

Unavailable Shipping Areas:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands and other offshore islands

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • Any U.S. affiliated islands

We do not provide shipping services to the above regions.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time is 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday) to the United States.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 5–10 business days

Therefore, the estimated total delivery time is 6–13 business days.

  • Public holidays

  • Flight delays

  • Other unforeseen logistics issues

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount:

  • Orders from $0.01 – $19.99: Shipping fee $6.99

  • Orders $20.00 and above: Free shipping

Free shipping applies only to the mainland United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, offshore islands, and military addresses).
