Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 natural days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • All tags attached

  • Original packaging intact

  • No visible signs of wear, stains, or damage

We accept returns for:

  • Buyer's remorse (non-defective items)

  • Defective or damaged items

Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to product defects or quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to buyer's reasons (non-defective items), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

We do not charge any return handling fees or restocking fees

We do not provide prepaid return labels

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Hats that have been worn, used, washed, or altered

  • Hats with visible stains, sweat marks, odors, or damage

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper care

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Our customer service team will review your request and confirm return eligibility

  4. Ship the item back to the return address below using a trackable shipping method

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 5–7 natural days.

Refunds

After your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
